Steve Mallett was born and raised in New Zealand
and since the age of four has been into many sports, especially Rugby and Squash.
In 1997 Steve moved to Canada and his journey as a personal trainer began.
In 1999 he received his Canfit Pro Specialist Certification.
Steve has continued to keep his techniques and training up to date by attending
annual conferences such as; Toronto 99/ 00/ & 01 , Montreal 04, Halifax 07, and Moncton 08, 09.
Steve's Personal Philosophy: My passion for fitness comes from within ~ Health
is my spirit and Instilling Self Belief in my clients is my Strength
Having gone through anterior cruciate ligament knee surgery 2 years ago and working with some
wonderful health professionals I understand the mental and physical demands of rehabilitation.
I will go above and beyond to get my clients back on the field, gym, or ice to succeed in their chosen sport or profession.
