Welcome
Platinum Drive was formed in the summer of 2004. Sandra, Don and Kevin Labobe, performed as a three piece band for 15 months, then it was decided that the band should take on a live drummer. In the spring of 2006, Wayne Robichaud became the fourth member of Platinum Drive. In November 2006, Danny Drouin became the new guitar player for Platinum Drive and in May of 2010 we added a couple of new faces to the band. Welcomed new band members are Marcel Arsenault
on lead guitar and Marc Robichaud on Drums.
The band features Classic Rock Dance Tunes from (60's 70's & 80's) along with some newer stuff thrown into the mix.

is a fine addition to the band. She brings with her a wide variety of music and a style that gives PLATINUM DRIVE a very listenable and danceable sound. Sandra has been singing for over 20 years. She has sung in school concerts and plays. Sandra sang in the bands PASADO, Drift Away and now PLATINUM DRIVE. She has been singing a lot of Karaoke in previous years. She had her own Karaoke system at home and has exercised her vocals quite often in the past. Sandra was the producer and prop manager of the Country Karaoke Show that aired on the Community channel back in 1999-2001 as well as being a regular guest performer of the show. She enjoys all types of music. This is a great asset to the band. It gives PLATINUM DRIVE that edge for adding new music to their setlist. |
